Job Scope



1. Personnel Development:
•Provide support to staff to develop skills and capabilities.
•Ensure accurate and up-to-date job descriptions being in place.
•Support the personal target setting and evaluation process for the annual performance evaluations system.
•Provide salaries certificates.
•prepare the document for visit visa and permanent visa.
•Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.


2. Administration:
•Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
•Recommend solutions to resolve attendance difficulties.
•Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
•Organize and work out the payroll on monthly basis.
•Manage Health Insurance policy.
•Research and monitor human resource systems in the group.


3. Recruitment:
•Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used for hiring.
•Prepare, further develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
•Provide advice and assistance to managers and supervisors on staff recruitment.
•Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
•Schedule and organize interviews.
•Participate in applicant interviews.
•Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
•Setting-up of employment contracts.
•Conduct exit interviews.

Skills

- 5 years of experience in human resource, covering tasks as listed under “Responsibilities”
- Highest level of confidentiality
- Excellent in Arabic and English languages, written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Good management and organization ability
- Excellent team and cooperation capability (good contact to co-workers and local organizations)
- Capability to bring-in own ideas in order to ensure a continuous development of processes
- Handling of several projects at the same time / Time Management
- Good Knowledge of the relevant MS Windows software (Excel, Word, PPT)
